Exploration Downloads

Tuition refund insurance is included in every student's tuition. Students leave summer programs for a variety of unforeseen reasons, including: illness, accidents, homesickness, dismissal, etc. The Exploration Tuition Refund Plan provides families with some financial relief if a student withdraws before the end of a program session. The policy is underwritten by OneBeacon Insurance through the Dewar's Company.

This informational document and application explain the process of applying for a grant or scholarship from Exploration. Please be aware that all Exploration financial aid is need based. There are no merit scholarships.

Our 2010 scholarship deadline has passed. At this time, we are no longer accepting applications for scholarships – however, a limited number of grants are still available. If you would like to apply for a grant, please contact our admissions office.

Downloads: Students Entering Grades 10-12

A listing and description of courses, afternoon options, and special weekend trips and events at the Senior Program in 2010.
The map outlines Senior Program boundaries and highlights the residential, academic, and recreational facilities available to students during the summer. In addition, the map includes driving directions and highlights the location of our on-campus info meetings, as well as arrival and departure locations.

These applications are for both the Senior Program on the campus of Yale University (for Grades 10-12) and the Focus Programs on the campus of Wellesley College (for Grade 10).You are encouraged to complete and submit your application online. For families that wish to apply via paper, we offer our application as a PDF download.

The PDF application also includes a copy of our School Evaluation Form, which may also be downloaded individually below.
As part of the application process, students are required to have a teacher complete a School Evaluation Form. Students who are not from the United States should use the School Evaluation Form for International Students.

Please Note: Do not wait until the school evaluation form is completed to submit your application and deposit.
