Intermediate Program on the Campus of Wellesley College

Explore Your Curiosity
There are two types of people who come to Explo: people who love doing their thing and people who are finding the thing they love to do.

Which will you be this summer? Hopefully, both.

New Experiences, New Passions
The idea behind Explo is to try new things. So whatever you're an expert in (whether it's algebra, basketball, or ceramics), we'd love to turn you onto something new, something you've maybe always wanted to try but haven't.

What could that be? Well, it could be anything. It could be forensic science or frisbee. If could be karate or kayaking. It could be web design or home design or fashion (re)design. Or it could be something else entirely. With over 60 courses in math, business, the arts, writing, government, and science, (and trips galore!) you're sure to find something new at Explo that will capture your imagination.

Make Friends From Around the World
And in our diverse student body, you're sure to find other people who share your passions. What's best: they'll be people you couldn't have (and wouldn't have) met anywhere else but here. You'll meet card sharks from Texas and astronomers from Tokyo, poets from Italy and master chefs from San Diego.

A summer at Explo will give you the confidence and independence to meet the challenges that lie ahead in high school and beyond. You'll discover new interests, and not only that, you'll discover the pleasure that comes in pursuing them.
