applying to exploration Admission to Exploration is contingent upon space availability, as well as age considerations. Students may enroll for one or more sessions. Space in the Program is reserved upon the receipt of a deposit and a completed Space Reservation Form. Students who reserve space at Exploration before January of 2009 receive advance copies of our 2009 course catalog and application so that they can have the first opportunity to reserve space in specific courses, mini-courses, and special events. (The 2009 course catalog and application will be available for the general public in early January.) Because course enrollment is limited, we recommend that you submit your completed application with course selections as soon as possible once the application becomes available in order to ensure course choices. RESERVING A SPACE A Space Reservation Form and deposit is used to reserve your space at the Program. To submit a Space Reservation Form online, you must pay your deposit with a credit card. (If you wish to submit your deposit via check, domestic wire, or international cable, please download a print version of our Space Reservation Form and mail your deposit to Exploration.) Please note that credit cards are accepted for online deposits only, not for final payment. Final payments must be made by check, domestic wire, or international cable. Links to each Program's Online Space Reservation Form are available in the column to the right. COMPLETING THE APPLICATION All students must complete the full-length application to reserve space in courses, mini-courses, and special events. The full-length application will be available both online and in printed form in early January, 2009. Submission of a completed application with course and mini-course choices is recommended as soon as possible in order to ensure course and mini-course selections. (Students have an opportunity to change courses and mini-courses at the beginning of each session, depending on availability.) Please note: A completed school evaluation form (available with the full-length application) and medical/health form (sent to families after enrollment) must be received by Exploration prior to the start of the Program, or a student will not be allowed to register and attend any Exploration Programs.
