We know how time-consuming making travel plans can be, so we've partnered with two companies — Colpitts World Travel and BostonCoach — to help streamline your travel planning process.
Free Travel Research + Trip Booking
PAY NO SERVICE FEES WITH COLPITTS WORLD TRAVEL
Our travel partner, Colpitts World Travel, waives all ticketing service fees for Explo families researching their children's travel to and from Explo. An industry leader in helping families plan safe, full-service travel, Colpitts World Travel allows you to use their resources to research your travel options to Explo. If you inquire with Colpitts they will send you flight options that fit best with your requests. If you elect to book with Colpitts, Explo will cover the ticket servicing fee (you will still need to pay for the cost of your child’s flight). Please note Explo only covers the service fee for students’ attending one of our programs. If you do use Colpitts, they will file all of your travel paperwork with Explo.
If you do choose to book your travel through them, Colpitts will:
- Book students on flights with other Explo students whenever possible.
- Book the most direct flight or, if it differs, the most inexpensive one — your choice.
- Schedule travel between the airport and our campus through BostonCoach, Explo's preferred car service, if your flight doesn't arrive during our airport pick-up hours.
- Save you time by handling all of the paperwork — including the Explo travel forms — once you've made your reservation.
- For a small fee, Colpitts can arrange all of the appropriate steps for Unaccompanied Minors if you child falls into this category on the airline you select. If you would like to learn more about Unaccompanied Minors please feel free to visit the following links for a few major airlines:

BostonCoach: Explo’s Preferred Car Service
We did quite a bit of research to make sure both travel partners could service our families worldwide, and because we are dealing with students under the age of 18, it was imperative that we find partners who would meet our high standards.
Explo has negotiated preferred rates with our travel partner: BostonCoach. We've been relying on BostonCoach for years to safely transport our students to and from campus — whether to the airport or straight to your front door — and are continually impressed with their service and customer care.
